Your tasks: - Deliver innovative, end-to-end, user-focused designs by defining the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features - Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas - Lead workshops to ideate, discover, refine and develop effective design solutions within technology constraints - Evaluate and measure the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change - Collaborate with business development, product managers, engineers and customers to prioritize design works in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment - Help to identify use cases, define personas, scenarios and tasks in support of business requirements, technology, and context of use - Collect, translate and communicate customer insight to teams with user surveys, interviews, and qualitative data - Deliver development ready assets and support implementation, verification and validation activities - Inspire and provide creative direction to teams working within the business units to deliver products that are useful, easy-to-use, innovative, and efficiently built Your profile: - BA/BS Degree in a design-related field (HCI, Interface Design, Cognitive Science, Design Thinking or a related field) - At least 5 years of work experience in a related field - Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and confidence in leading workshops - Expertise in rapid prototyping, wireframing, presentation and high-fidelity design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Invision, etc. - An understanding of front-end languages a benefit (HTML5, CSS3, JS and JQuery) - Solid understanding of implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment - Understanding of lean user experience design methodology, user behaviors, and design requirements - Able to easily adapt to changing priorities driven by the speed of our innovative, fast-paced, information services industry - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German - Deep understanding of emerging technologies that drive innovation solutions - Online portfolio that showcases your UX/UI skills and demonstrates innovation as well as strong problem-solving skills
