Tasks: Drive the development of user interfaces and experiences for mobile, web- and desktop platforms from prototype to deployment Work directly with users to understand their needs , qualitatively test your prototypes and gather feedback Translate user requirements into product and service design elements Develop the style guide and pattern libraries Continuously improve UI/UX across the whole digital product and service portfolio Be the go-to person for your team, the wider Automation department and senior Stakeholders in the organization for all UI/UX topics Your profile: This position requires a candidate with a higher Degree in interaction/interface design or similar as well as broad (several years) experience and proven track record in front-end UI/UX Design. We are looking for a candidate with experience in visual design, user requirements gathering, prototyping and qualitative user testing as well as a deep knowledge of design methods, preferably with agile development experience. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe AI and PS, Sketch or equivalent is a must. If you have a passion for UI/UX, your users and of course great design, we would like to hear from you. You will travel up to 40% of your time and your English and German language skills must be on a high professional level, any additional language is a plus. This position offers you a truly versatile challenge in order to define our digital products and services and shape the digital future at the company.
