Your tasks: Developing and maintaining standard business testing procedures in an agile software development environment Responsibility for and driving overall testing efforts of our releases Defining quality gates, standards and specifications Assessing and identifying gaps in quality assurance, proposing and overseeing the implementation of counter measures Coordinating and supervising testing efforts across teams and projects Participating as an individual contributor during test cycles Working together with specialized test agencies to constantly run a proper business QA Providing consulting to project teams for test and requirements management Liaising very closely with the IT QA Manager and Operations team Your profile: Completed university education in Informatics or Business Informatics 2-3 years of experience in business testing of software and a solid technical background Experienced in eCommerce solutions (preferably with SAP Hybris Commerce) Team-player attitude and excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders on all organizational levels Ability to work in a matrix organization Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
