Your tasks: Design and oversee the development of complex solutions, ensuring seamless integration between industrial equipment and digital environments Lead the creation of robust and scalable architectures for industrial communication, EDGE computing, gateway technologies, and embedded systems Stay abreast of the latest advancements in industrial communication protocols, EDGE computing, gateway technologies, and embedded systems, evaluating and selecting technologies to meet customer requirements Inspire and lead a diverse team of software developers, fostering continuous learning and maintaining an open and collaborative culture Contribute to established SCRUM teams, bringing in-depth knowledge of industrial communication protocols, network protocols, embedded systems, and software development Foster an agile mindset, focusing on company priorities, deriving Team OKRs, and enhancing agile methods and values Your profile: Completed studies in computer science, electronic studies, software development, or a related field Proven experience with Embedded Systems, EDGE, and Gateway technologies Knowledge of industrial communication and OT/IT is advantageous Experience in leading agile software development teams and working as a software developer Strong understanding and application of Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD, and agile development methodologies Excellent knowledge of software architecture and design, including design patterns Outstanding communication and leadership skills to inspire your team with your vision Fluency in business English; German language skills are advantageous
