Your tasks: Leading the IT Shared Services & BI team with internals staff and external resources Working as the technical lead with very good knowledge in the SAP modules FI/CO Setting up and managing projects in the area of the Finance, Controlling, HR and BI Consulting the business units in regards new solutions and changes Customizing of the SAP modules Finance and Controlling Developing individual solutions and writting functional specifications Testing and documenting the related processes and implementations Managing, training and developing team members on operational tasks on a daily basis Your profile: Bachelor degree in Information Technology Proven skills in project management Strong interpersonal skills Able to work successfully under tight deadlines Deep SAP knowledge in the modules FI/CO with 5-10 years of experience SAP knowledge in other modules would be an advantage At least 3 years of experience in leading a team up to 10 people Very good English skills (written & spoken) and German
