Your tasks: Leading and mentoring a growing team of frontend developers to achieve a high engineering standard Creating a long-term technical vision for the framework and the team Leading by example to create and uphold high engineering standards Collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, UI/UX designers, POs, and testers Work closely with the management team on business strategy and new product development Your profile: Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field Thrives in team environments, able to foster a healthy culture in a highly distributed and diverse team Proven experience in leading teams towards reusable software architecture, clean code and programming best practices Expert level knowledge of TypeScript, React.js, NodeJS and Electron Very good verbal and written English and/or German communication skills curious and hands-on personality who is driven to bring Lusee to the next level Bonus: Knowledge of gRPC Experience working in a Scrum environmen Interest in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Math
