In your daily work, you will... Be a subject-matter expert and the go-to authority for delivering solutions after you have learnt our product portfolio Work with customers and partners to understand their requirements and align those with our capabilities. Architect the integration of solutions that follow industry best practices and address the customer's needs. Review architectures and use cases of solutions for our customers and partners. Provide input and feedback to Engineering and Product Management based on your real-life experience. In collaboration with Engineering, build reusable architecture and implementation blueprints for standard use cases and deployment types. Build reusable material that can be shared with the community. This may include things like blogs, best practice guidelines, white-papers or code templates. Exchange knowledge with Pre-Sales Consultants and other professionals This is you... For this position, you ideally have... Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related engineering discipline 2-4 years of solid experience working as a Software Engineer, Consultant, Software Architect or similar Proven experience with at least one of the following development languages or technologies: Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Spring Boot, .NET Core, Android/iOS native development Experience with writing complex technical reports, analysis, and drawings Communication skills in German as a mother tongue or at least C1 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English It would be an advantage if you have: Some experience as a Solutions Architect or interest in becoming a Solutions Architect Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Good understanding of computer networks including load balancers, web application firewalls, DNS, HTTPS, SSL/TLS Good understanding of Identity and Access Management technologies and protocols such as OAuth2, Open ID Connect, SAML2, LDAP Understanding of SQL database systems (Oracle, MariaDB, PostgreSQL), e.g. SQL statements, triggers, connection pools, cluster setups Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
