Location: Regensdorf Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Cloud & Infrastructure: Design, implement, and operate Azure-based cloud infrastructure Manage production, staging, and development environments Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of platform services CI/CD & Automation: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices-based applications Automate build, deployment, and release processes Support reliable, low-downtime deployments and rollback mechanisms Monitoring, Logging & Reliability: Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging across infrastructure and applications Track performance, availability, and operational health metrics Proactively identify and resolve reliability and performance issues Security & Compliance: Apply DevSecOps best practices for regulated environments Support identity, access management, and secure secrets handling Align infrastructure with internal governance and audit requirements Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams Support client PoCs, pilots, and production deployments Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational runbooks Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices Your profile: Must-Have: 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) Solid understanding of microservices architectures Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred) Strong Linux and scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or similar) Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Nice-to-Have: Experience in financial services or regulated environments Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) Knowledge of IAM, SAML, OAuth2 Experience with hybrid cloud or on-prem integrations Exposure to data-intensive or high-availability systems Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline OR Equivalent professional experience combined with relevant industry certifications Certifications (Preferred) Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP – Architect level preferred) DevOps or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD, DevOps Engineer, etc.) AI/ML or Data-related certifications are an advantage
