Your tasks: Join us to oversee SAP systems crucial for procurement, inventory, and logistics in a complex industrial setting. Your expertise in SAP applications (ECC – S/4HANA MM, LE, WM, eWM) within Industrial Machinery and Components is key, coupled with strong business acumen and service management skills. Technical Expertise: Manage and customize SAP MM/WM systems and potential expansions. Maintain technical solution templates. Service Management: Optimize IT service streams, implement best practices, and contribute to major SAP projects. Document SAP configurations and manage Application Management Services partners. Business Acumen & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders. Serve as a key technical advisor, bridging business needs with IT. Offer tech insights supporting operational excellence goals. Your profile: Bachelor/Master degree (Economic, Business, IT or Engineering). Deep expertise and experience with proven track records in the SAP ECC – S/4HANA MM, WM, eWM modules. Relevant SAP certifications can be beneficial in demonstrating expertise and commitment to the fields. Knowledge about the integration technology with external WM systems, ECC – S/4HANA QM, SAP TM an asset. Knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery, and Components (IM&C) Business Processes industry a strong asset. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders and teams with strong ability to make complex solutions accessible. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and supplier interaction is advantageous.
