Aufgaben: Project management in agile or classic methodology Responsible for end-to-end delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs Responsible for the quality assurance process of the work packages/document deliverables Ensuring project compliance to project governance and standards Responsible for successful roll-out / go-live of the developed solution Responsible for a successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations Your profile. Experience in managing projects with respective Budgets > 1mCHF Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business) Willing and able to also take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.) Good presentation and communication skills Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance Project management certification or corresponding qualification / experience Technical background is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Personal and social skills: Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups Knowledge and interests in: Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize Fluent in English and German
