Your tasks: You lead the discovery of the right internal users' needs to focus on, aligned with the business goals under your responsibility, related to the webshops. You will analyze and optimize the digital functionalities based on the collected data, user flows and user needs, collaborating closely with UX experts and the developers of your Agile team. In collaboration with the Product Manager and other Product Owners within the company, you contribute actively to the technical migration of the webshops. You ensure your Team Backlog is ready for all SAFe and Scrum ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements. You validate the work done by your Agile team, and demo the Agile Team's accomplishments to stakeholders at the Inspect & Adapt You contribute to the continuous improvement of your Agile team by participating actively and openly in its Retrospectives You collaborate with the Release Manager to ensure successful deployment in production at the right timing from a business & operational perspectives Your profile: University degree in Computer Science, System of Information, Engineering or Science Several years of professional experience in the development of digital products within the Agile culture Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and extensive knowledge of the Scrum framework and respect the Agile work culture The customer's needs are at the center of your thinking Working language is English, good knowledge of German or French is an advantage
