Your tasks: • Having the overall responsibility for the product definition, strategy, delivery roadmap as well as OKRs (Objective and Key results) constantly evolving the product • Building up a deep understanding of the business context and act on behalf of business stakeholders when managing the change backlog as well as guide agile pods by defining and prioritizing epics and user stories to achieve business goals • Be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients, while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product • Oversee and further develop the IT architecture and our product portfolio • Assess and implement new technologies, systems and infrastructures that provide a competitive advantage • Monitor IT budgets • Manage our IT relationships with clients and partners • Ensure that technologies are used efficiently, profitably and safely Your profile: • Experience in the software industry • Experience in product management • Scrum master • Critical thinking, Strategic thinking with strong business acumen • Very good communication and presentation skills • Requirements engineering • Business analysis • Understanding what the client wants • Creating sketches/mocks for user interfaces • Defining roadmaps • Working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team) • Excellent understanding of digitization trends and digital customer experiences • Automation, platforms, identification, e-signatures, etc.) • Effective and efficient working style, as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines • Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a massive plus • Proven professional experience in a similar role or the ambition to develop into such a role • Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, engineering or similar field
