Responsibilities: You support our worldwide customers for our Access & Metro Network platform in the area of packetized network applications, based on Ethernet and TCP/IP, Voice, Data, TDM, SDH applications Design, engineering and realisation of TDM and Ethernet applications for customers Sales support for tendering and bidding Contribution in evolving our product for future applications and services Execution of workshops and trainings for our customers Customer Support through our Ticketing system Your profile: Telecommunication or IT Engineering and a minimum work experience of 3 years in Telecommunication In-depth knowledge in the areas of IP Routing, Ethernet switching, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, xDSL, QoS, and Security Experience and knowledge of Voice and Data, PDH and SDH is an advantage but not essential Knowledge in the areas Data, PDH and SDH as project management advantageous Experience of diagnosis and trouble-shooting of telecommunication network applications Languages: very good skills in English and French (written and spoken) and good skills in German Representative dealing with technically oriented customers You are willing and able to travel worldwide You are a team player and have a high customer focus
