Location: Pfäffikon (work-from-home options and flexible hours) Workload: 100% Start: By agreement Your tasks: Design, build and maintain scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, combining hands-on development with automation across SharePoint, Power Platform and related services Leverage the SharePoint object model and architecture and configure both built-in and PnP-based components Use the Microsoft Graph API to extend M365 capabilities and integrate across services Apply migration tools such as Sharegate, SPMT or Metalogix Build business process automation and low-code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate Design, configure and extend AI agents within Microsoft 365 / Copilot Studio Develop and review code to meet quality standards and align solutions with business strategy, security requirements and compliance guidelines Apply and help maintain governance frameworks covering SharePoint and Teams policies, external sharing, information architecture and retention Review platform health, usage analytics and compliance posture via the M365 Admin Center and Microsoft Purview Build and maintain site templates, provisioning scripts and automated governance workflows using the PnP provisioning engine and PowerShell Produce clear governance documentation, platform guides and architecture decision records Your profile: Deep hands-on development experience building SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions including site and information architecture at enterprise scale Proficiency in client-side technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript) and modern frameworks such as React or Angular; C# / .NET is a plus Proficient in PnP PowerShell and the PnP Framework for SharePoint automation, provisioning and governance Familiarity with the Microsoft Graph API for cross-service automation and reporting Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration and governance tooling (Admin Center, Purview, Entra ID) Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate; experience with Sharegate, SPMT or Metalogix is a plus Microsoft certifications are a strong plus Strong communicator with a solutions-oriented mindset; excellent English, German is a plus Your benefits: Modern working conditions including work-from-home options, flexible hours and a home office allowance A diverse culture founded on mutual respect, teamwork and appreciation Internal and external training opportunities aligned with your ambitions, including German or English language courses An entrepreneurial environment as part of a company owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein Long-term commitment to ESG and sustainability Favourable terms and conditions for investment programs as well as banking products and services
