Your tasks: Ensure all activities concerning coordination between Business and IT Proactively contribution to the corporate and department specific transformation programs Responsibility for SAP services Provide solution design and lifecycle management in focus of operational stability, simplification of maintenance and recurring costs Transform the group to ITIL and agile methodology Convert the different systems generations to a standardized solution Experience in sourcing and supplier management (make or buy) Apply industry standards and COTS products Steer projects and application portfolio incl. budget responsibility of the portfolio Sustainable resource planning incl. training Act as a liaison and ensure integration between the supplier, internal project team, internal management, and customer project teams and management Your profile: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years of solid experience in similar role Team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Able to face challenges with positive and constructive attitude Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to follow ITIL and agile approach Familiar in an enterprise IT work environment Very good command – both verbal and written - of English is a must, a very good command of German with a good understanding of French or vice versa Willingness to travel occasionally to branch offices (Switzerland)
