Your tasks: – You will be leading a combined team of internal and external experts to provide application support to a high standard and ensure all ERP application services for the Digital Product Hub are available within the agreed services levels. – You will act as a single point of contact for the Digital Product Hub covering SAP and non-SAP applications support. – You would carry End-to-End accountability of the Incidents and Changes from our standpoint for the Digital Product Hub covering support to SAP and EAS applications. – Building inhouse capabilities to support the evolving SAP ecosystem will be a critical part of the role as the Digital Product Hub is expanded and deployed in steps over the next few years. You will be a great fit if you have: – Leadership experience in a large, complex global organization with responsibilities for people, process, tools – Experience in streamlining SAP and Non-SAP operational organization – Experience on SAP applications from Production & Supply standpoint. – Experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps tools and delivery. – You need a minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
