Your tasks: - Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects and programs - Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables - Manage project budget and project resource allocation - Plan and schedule project timelines - Track project deliverables using appropriate tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) - Provide direction and support to project team - Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders - Develop existing project products for customer satisfaction - Manage different kinds of projects, like, waterfall, stage-driven, SCRUM - Further development of project methodology, Project Competence Center and trainings for colleagues Your profile: - Successful vocational training in Information Technology or in Business Development - You have at least 2 years of experience in IT project management e.g. in SAP, infrastructure, digitalization (prove of experience for projects necessary) - Qualification in project management or equivalent is a benefit (certification on PMI, IPMA or SCRUM) - Knowledge of project management techniques and tools (PMI, SCRUM, Jira, PWA) - proven experience in people management, risk and change management - Self-dependent working style, customer focus and decisive and assertive personality - Professional English and German language skills (verbal & in writing) - willingness to travel (20-40%)
