Your tasks: To ensure the IT delivery to our local IT customers in coordination and collaboration with our centralized internal and external IT Teams for IT Helpdesk, Workplace Services and TechOps, as well as Business Applications. The role is supported by our external Onsite Support Team and Network Team and works as a team member in our Europe Central team, that includes Switzerland and Germany. Responsibility for meeting support and meeting rooms. You support many of the global townhalls that are conducted as MS Teams Meetings. Project Management and Project Support for either local IT or business projects as well as for regional or global projects. Control our key performance indicators for Incidents, Problems and Request Fulfillment. Order hardware, software and services, either based on our global contracts or for local needs, in line with our Procurement guidelines. Consult our business for their IT demands, propose the right solution in line with our IT guidelines and procedures. Your profile: University degree or comparable experiences in the field of IT or IT related education. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT operations role, experience in supporting a top management team is a plus. Certifications e.g., ITIL Foundation, PRINC2 is a plusare beneficial. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. Collaboration and teamwork with multidisciplinary teams (IT and others) to ensure seamless integration of different systems and technologies. Fluent in English and German. Other languages are of advantage.
