Your tasks: As an IT Release Manager, you will be part of the Business Consultant Team and take the lead in the planning, coordinating, and executing of ERP software releases. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional D365 consultants, developers QA and third-party vendors. Ensure the successful and seamless delivery of D365 & Ecosystem releases, adhering to the highest quality standards and meeting stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent communication and planning skills, and a proven track record of commitment to the success of projects. Release Planning: Collaborate with business stakeholders and the IT delivery team to plan release schedules and milestones (including D365 instances/environments and configuration) Define and document release scope, objectives, and deliverables Increase the frequency of ERP Releases by reducing the manual work effort (work closely with QA team to automate regression test) Release Coordination: Lead release meetings to communicate release status, risks, and issues. Coordinate release activities, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed Manage dependencies and conflicts to minimize impact on release timelines Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA team and business stakeholders to ensure thorough testing of releases Establish and enforce business approval and testing procedures Conduct post-release reviews to identify areas for improvement Deployment Management: Oversee deployment processes for D365 Ecosystem (incl. config); ensuring smooth and efficient releases Documentation: Create and maintain release documentation, including release notes and known issues Your profile: Solid experience (min 3 years) working on international ERP projects (ideally Microsoft D365 F&O) Experience in project management. Planning and coordinating activities to plans and deadlines (ideally with Microsoft Azure DevOps) A high level of personal motivation and a strong ability to communicate at all levels Work independently and as self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities Ability to delegate work to cross functional teams Solves complex problems with creative solutions Think clearly and calmly under pressure Strong Team Player Hybrid work flexibility (a day per week minimum onsite)
