Responsibilities: 2nd and 3rd level excellence delivery to global field service organization and service provider for 50 countries Ensure the transformation and implementing the FMO concept for field service Coach, develop, and encourage excellence in a “virtual IT end user device” community of IT professionals worldwide Awareness of all changes impacting the "business as usual" and ensuring that such changes do not adversely impact availability Provide service management input to the virtual account team and assist in identifying new opportunities which can be developed by client management. Working with Project Management and agree operational acceptance deliverables Due to the nature of the role on occasions it may be necessary to provide support out of normal operating hours in support of exceptional client circumstances (i.e. major incidents) Your profile: Degree or certificate in a related field, such as equipment repair or computer technology or equivalent. Min. 5 years experience in field service (maintain a good working knowledge of clients’ business structure, key deliverables and critical periods and a detailed understanding of the client contract (service schedules) and a high-level knowledge of the wider commercial agreement). Microsoft MCP / MOS (Expert) and/or MCSE Every additional certification is an asset Multi-cultural work experience Convincing attitude and being able to influence the internal stakeholders Strong team-working ability even when working in virtual teams Strong communication skills at all level Industry and international experience is an asset Fluent in English and German (oral and written), Spanish is an advantage Willingness to travel (up to 20%) globally
