Location: Zürich, one fixed home office day per week with a 100% workload Workload: 80-100% Your tasks: • Odoo ERP Maintenance: Maintain and enhance our ERP system, focusing on Sales and Accounting modules • Module Development: Design and implement new modules to support internal automation and process improvements • System Integration: Extend and support the synchronization between Odoo and our web/VoIP platforms • Automated Testing: Create and maintain automated tests to ensure system reliability and code quality • Process Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand needs & translate them into scalable technical solutions • Admin Tooling Support: Assist our internal admin team with tools for invoicing, reporting, and daily operations Your profile: Must-haves 3+ years of experience with Odoo (v15+), especially Sales and Accounting modules Proficient in Python and SQL Experience with relational databases Independent and proactive working style with attention to detail; Quick & autonomous learner Professional proficiency in spoken and written English Nice to have: Bachelor or Master Degree Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) German is a plus
