Location: Winterthur Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Develop and maintain firmware for microcontrollers (C/C++). Implement and optimize signal processing and sensor data acquisition routines. Design communication interfaces between embedded systems and cloud or desktop applications. Perform data analysis and validation of physiological signals using Python. Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to improve system performance and reliability. Support testing, debugging, and documentation for regulatory and production use. Your profile: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Solid experience with embedded C development. Familiarity with Python for data processing, analysis, or prototyping. Knowledge of signal processing methods (e.g., filtering, FFT, PCA) is necessary. Experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, BLE, Wi-Fi) and real-time systems. Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset, with an interest in biomedical or sensor applications. Fluent in English; German is an asset.
