Your tasks: Demonstrate expertise in D365 functional areas, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & Power Platform Apps Experience in setting and parametrizing D356 modules, showing a deeper understanding of their interdependencies from a functional process and also technical implementation perspective Ensure the quality of project deliverables, showcasing proficiency in system and functional testing Lead end-to-end implementation projects, contributing to design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting phases Collaborate with operational teams to gather requirements, ensuring expectations align with deliverables Act as the interface between functional requirements and development initiatives, by owning functional specifications and being able to translate them into developer’s language Support the development team during design sessions, comprehending business problems, and implementing solutions through in-platform configuration Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, offering guidance in Supply Chain and Finance Promote the understanding of D365 standard processes and help minimize technical debt while instilling best practices in the business processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a preference for a Master’s degree Microsoft Dynamics D365 certifications 5 to 8 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, especially in a professional services/consulting firm Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and strong analytical acumen Ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt to changing environments Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English and German Soft Skills: Confidence, independence, and a professional demeanor Effective time management in handling multiple tasks Clear thinking and calmness under pressure Creative problem-solving and a focus on business process excellence Eagerness to assess and incorporate new technologies into your skillset
