Location: Zurich Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Ensure stable Applications/Services, Incident-& Problem Mgmt, Application Lifecycle, Release- & Test Management Business Analysis, SolutionDesign, Development, Testing, Implementation and Deployment of Fixes (RtB) and Changes (CtB) in coordination with vendor / software provider / stakeholders Coordination of environment- and service setup Close cooperation with Business stakeholders/- responsible, application engineers and other stakeholders Understand IT Governance Processes, Budgeting, Resource planning and Risk Management on a high level Develop, test and deploy according to standards and best practice Foster agile methodologies and tools Your profile: Education in Information Technology Min. 3 years of experience as ITSO/AR Analytical & Coordination skills Independent working style and self-responsible Good communication and coordination skills
